Welcome to BrixSuite. By accessing our website (www.brixsuite.com) or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Services
BrixSuite LLC provides remote staffing, recruitment, and operational consulting services for the home services industry. We act as an independent contractor, and our remote staff are not employees of your company.

2. Payments and Billing

• Subscriptions: Remote staffing services are billed on a recurring monthly or weekly basis, pre-paid in advance.

• Refunds: We offer a 7-Day Risk-Free Pilot for new staffing clients. Beyond this period, services are non-refundable.

• Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend services immediately if payment is not received by the due date.

3. Non-Solicitation (Staff Poaching)
You agree not to directly or indirectly hire, solicit, or contract with any BrixSuite staff member for a period of 12 months following the termination of our agreement. In the event of a breach of this clause, a placement fee of $25,000 per staff member will apply.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BrixSuite LLC and is protected by copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrixSuite LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.

6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
